To date, we have not needed to go back for any roof cleaning job that we have done. We strive to make sure the job is done correctly the first time we do it.

Getting your roof cleaned, looking brand new, and extending the shingle life is an intensive process. You must have the correct insurance, standoffs, roof tie offs, experience, and professional soft wash equipment to do it safely and properly. All of this adds up. What we have done at Grass Property Maintenance LLC is invested in the highest end, most efficient roof cleaning equipment possible, so we can provide roof cleaning at a fair price to all of our customers.

Our minimum roof cleaning price is $229. The factors making up the price of our service are:

While we offer a one year guarantee on our roof cleaning service, we recommend that homeowners get their roof cleaned every two years since their first cleaning.
